This hotel was a fantastic find! The staff was incredibly welcoming and hospitable, and the traditional Japanese room was absolutely charming with its lovely mountain view. Plus, the breakfast was included and was simply delicious; it gave us a perfect start to the day.
All in all, we had a great stay with nothing to complain about.

The rooms were so cool with a sick view of the mountains. We had a blast chilling in the onsen and feeling like total bosses. Plus, they had a sweet DVD player with all the latest flicks to keep us entertained when we needed a break. It was seriously lit!
The only thing we would've asked for is a rad game room or something for teens like us. Don't get me wrong, the hotel was awesome, but a little extra fun for party-loving peeps like us would've taken it to the next level.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel with stunning views from our Japanese style room. The private onsen was breathtaking and very clean. The hotel staff were attentive and accommodating, even creating a special vegetarian menu for us. We loved the convenient shuttle bus stop right outside the property and the location close to the station.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

We had the most amazing meals of our lives at this hotel. The presentation and flavor of each dish were exquisite. We also loved the private onsen that gave us a romantic escape and a stunning view of the surrounding hills. The staff was kind, helpful, and made our stay even more special by providing us with recommendations on where to go and eat nearby. the public indoor and outdoor onsen were fantastic and made us feel relaxed.
The uphill walk to the hotel was a bit strenuous, especially for people with mobility issues. However, the hotel's location was perfect for transportation since it was only a few minutes walk from the train station, and there were plenty of transportation options right next to it.

We had an amazing ryokan experience at a hotel in Hakone. Our room had a stunning view of the mountains and we enjoyed both the public and private baths. The meals were delicious and beautifully presented. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

This hotel has a great location close to the train station and is perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Plus, it's right across from a small cemetery but it didn't really bother us. The rooms are beautiful and perfectly clean, with traditional Japanese bedding and all the amenities you need, such as wifi and AC. The staff is so helpful and polite, and the breakfast is definitely a highlight. You'll get to experience a traditional Japanese breakfast with a lot of different dishes, which will leave you feeling full all day.
The hotel lacks private showers, but using the available onsen for cleaning was not a problem for us.
